Restaurant/places to eat in Hi Chiangmai Hotel

Service was really friendly. Very clean. New Hotel so some Taxis didn’t know the location yet. 10-15minutes walk to the mall. It’s one of the nice districts CnX had. Friends were more in the direction of Chinatown and went often here for food and stuff. So location was okay, room was good, light in the bath was beautiful.

Lobby or reception in Hi Chiangmai Hotel

The hotel was in a prime location just around 10 minutes walk to both the old city and Nimman (Grab is also a couple of minutes drive). It is a relatively new hotel, very family friendly and the room was very spacious and suited everything we needed. We had a toddler with us and there was plenty of room for her to run around. The bathroom was huge and we had both a large shower, large sink and a bathtub. We had breakfast every morning beside the pool with both European and Asian options. They don't offer dinner but with the old city and the wealth of markets/retaurants available there is no need. There was also an automated laundromat in the lobby which was great for us as we were on a longer trip. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming and will sort out any issues asap. We also wanted to book a day trip last minute and the two girls (Joy & Mae, I think, I hope I got the right names) organised it for us with no problems and brought all of the info and confirmation up to the room for us. They really helped us a lot over the week we were there.

We had a suite for 7 nights, very comfortable with 2 bathrooms. Everything in good working order. On site self laundry very handy. Rooms and communal spaces kept spotlessly clean. Friendly, quiet and hardworking staff. Location was good with easy access the the old town and Nimman area, plenty of cafes and places to eat locally.

Hi Chiangmai hotel location is just 10 mins away from the airport. But in order to get to any Chiangmai attractions, most of the time we need to order grab car. The nearest Maya mall and One Ninman is about 10 mins walking distance. Our hotel room for triple is very spacious, the pool is just next to the hotel dining area. Although it is a small pool, kids had so much fun swimming in the cool water during the hot weather. Breakfast was simple and wasn’t many simple. It was the same breakfast we had for our 2 nights of stay. Staff are friendly and always smile. Overall the stay was wonderful but it is just at the pricy side considering the hotel facilities and location.

Housekeeping is on point and kept the room clean everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the big than norm mini-fridge in the room so that I can store more drinks.

Fantastic location, close to the best Kao Soy restaurant and take around 10 mins to go to Nimman area. very new facilities and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and quite. Would stay there again.
